Welcome to Nova Health Naturopathic Centre
A Nova is Latin for a new star that increases rapidly in brightness by radiating itself into an outer cloud and becomes more luminous in the process. It is about change, discovery, advancement, movement, and transformation. It is about continuously expanding possibilities.
The staff at Nova Health would like to welcome Anna Rider to the office.
Anna Rider is an Integrative Health Nurse Practitioner and the Founder of Flourish Healthcare. Anna uses a functional medicine approach which investigates the root causes of imbalance or dysfunction in the body. She views the body as a whole system which includes body, mind and spirit. These parts are in communication with one another and can influence the development of your symptoms. True lasting healing comes from addressing all the layers, step by step, in order to heal from the inside out. To book an appointment with Anna, call our office @ 613 546-9995.
